Join Mary Lee Epps to search for early blooming summer wildflowers.  We may find Matelea, which is a climbing milkweed, along with butterfly weed, blue cohosh, summer bluets and more.  It's hard to predict just what will be blooming, but some of the sun-loving flowers should be getting going.  Co-sponsors:  Jefferson Chapter, VNPS, and Ivy Creek Natural Area and Historic River View Farm.  Meet by the kiosk near the parking lot. Free and open to the public.
